Gilda DiNardo

Gilda DiNardo, passed away on March 31, 2025, at Stamford Hospital. She was born on March 22, 1932, in San Mango sul Calore, Italy.

Gilda will be fondly remembered for her love of cooking and gardening. Gilda leaves behind her loving sons, Anthony DiNardo, and Joseph DiNardo (Emanuela), along with her grandchildren Joey, Daniel (Nicole), and Angela. She was also the cherished great-grandmother to Mason and Lucas.

Gilda is survived by her brothers Nicola D'Elia (Adriana), Antonio D'Elia (Clementina), and Ted D'Elia (Melanie). She is also remembered by many nieces and nephews who held her dear to their hearts.

She is preceded in death by her husband Catello DiNardo, and her brothers Raffaele D'Elia, Ellio D'Elia, and Rosario D'Elia.

Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects during the visitation at Lacerenza Macari Family Funeral Home, located at 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT, on April 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Church, located at 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT, at 11:00 AM. Gilda will then be laid to rest at St Mary Cemetery, located at 399 North Street, Greenwich, CT.

Gilda DiNardo will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
