Loraine Ford

Loraine Holler Ford, born in Lockport, New York, passed away peacefully in Norwalk, Connecticut, on July 21, 2025, at the age of 94.

Loraine was the life of every party - vibrant, strong, and full of wit and heart. She was the kind of remarkable woman you don't come across often, and those who knew her will carry her spirit with them always.

She leaves behind her loving daughter, Susan Ford; her cherished grandchildren, Patrick Byrne (with his wife Ingrid and their sons Finnegan and Ethan), Brian Byrne, and Kelly Byrne (with her daughter Madison), who will forever remember her strength, humor, and unwavering love.

Loraine was predeceased by her beloved son, David K. Ford, her sisters Ceil Nankey and Katie Barker as well as her parents, Katherine and Douglas Holler.

Her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 26th from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 2:00 p.m. at Lacerenza Macari Family Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford.
